Good list!

Another great website for startups is startups.co.uk. Granted it's UK-centric (law, regulations, etc), but the advice and basics apply globally.

Nice one, Scratch.

I think that the first item in the list helped me with a project that I am working on.

#1: Be Narrow

I was trying to be too many things to too many people with the project. Some more focus on that narrower niche will help.
