Hi All,

Currently Google offers some very useful operators eg. allinanchor:, link:, etc. Each individually works great! However, when I try to combine them to get some truly insightful information (eg. link:www.domainname.com AND allinanchor:Keyword which should tell me every site that links to me using the link text 'Keyword'), the search fails miserably.

Has anyone got a solution, or had success doing something different?

Thanks,

J

Hi Jeff,

I used to like the old boolean searches at Altavista. I don't feel like I have the same level of control over a search at Google.

There are a couple of pages about the advanced search, and the extra operatives at Google. I'm not sure that they are complete lists...

Advanced Search Tips

Advanced Operatives
http://www.google.com/help/operators.html

But, no matter how much I look, I can't see a way to do what you want.
