Google is using an out-dated DMOZ description for the home page of a site for which I am responsible. There is no editor for most categories and subcategories that could list the site.
I'd thought of applying to be an editor of some of those categories, just to make sure it's done. Though I know more about "my" site than others in the category, I could probably improve the listings somewhat. Another option is the noODP meta tag. Thoughts? Sounds like a good plan Liz. Let us know how it goes.
