I noticed, with the help of a client, that you can get different PPC results through the Google Toolbar than through the search on Googles page or in the search in the upper right of a browser window.
The term in question is: cd replication. If you search in the Google Toolbar they don't show up in the sponsored results at all in IE7 or Firefox. If you search in the search bar on Google or in the upper right of either browser they do appear.
I have done this test on my own machine at least 3 times, I also had other people in my office do the same thing and they get the same results that I get.
Is this a common issue that other people have noticed and I'm just late in seeing or is this something new? This could explain why my client has been asking me about his placement for a while... I'd always see his position in PPC results but he didn't and I never thought of checking with the Google Toolbar.
