Another case of professional level marketing aided by an easily shareable format and a social approach. Though the local news calls it a "YouTube" video, the video's creator has it on Vimeo. Searching YouTube for [home for sale] shows about 40K results. [Home for sale, seattle] gets it down to 400.
If you watch the video, you'll see that though it's a sales tool, it's not a commercial - it's *social* in the way that well done Social Media is social.
