I know that there are some folks out there who use iwon as a search engine, but I will say that the interface over there doesn't do a whole lot for me. Maybe it appeals more to the Bingo crowd?
Looking at that page critically, I find myself wondering if some of the elements of the page could be moved around a little, to increase the numbers of people who do sign up and use the site on a regular basis. What is the benefit of becoming a member of iWon? That's not really readily discernable from the front page. Compare it, for instance, to Yahoo!, which seems to do a good job of enticing with email, messenger, a job search, and other features.

I thought this was an interesting excerpt from AP news last week. Interestingly enough they didn't mention MyWay which I see as the strongest of Jeeves' 3 portals -
If it pans out the way Diller envisions, Ask.com and several affiliated search engines, including Excite.com and iWon.com, will become the mortar binding all of his other Web sites — a so-far dysfunctional family delving into travel, lending, ticketing and matchmaking.
Diller ultimately wants to transform Ask.com from a second-tier search engine to a serious threat to Google.
