Too much so probably.... Guess all it would take is someone to report them to adsense and bang goes their adsense account. Unless google doesnt mind their ads being used in such a misleading manner, which I doubt..

I doubt if Google would kick them out since he clearly labels the ads. Ofcourse, as a user, I didn't appreciate it ...

It's very clearly marked. He/she won't get kicked out.
Having said that, this is the most deceptive and most blended AdSense I've seen in a while. Must have a shocking CTR!

They'll probably send him a mail telling him to differentiate the ads from the content. I don't remember the link, but there are a few threads where this has "happened" to people (like the person who started putting images next to the adsense to make it look like the images belonged to the ads).
BTW I love the ads on the bottom (I always use FastReply so my reply is below the ads): "Weird AdSense Tricks" ha ha!

Looks like he is running yahoo ads now not Google adsense - maybe he was kicked out.

Well, I'm still seeing Google Ads - don't think he has been. Not certain he should be, frankly - integrating ads effectively into your design while clearly labeling them doesn't seem like a violation of Google policy.

I'd love to know what sort of CTR they get. I wouldn't be surprised if it was reasonably decent.
