For the past three weeks or so I have been seeing Google SERP pages in French. Sometimes the web sites listed are in English other times in French, including the Ads.

Has anyone else seen this or knows what might be going on?

This is an image of a Google SERP taken less than 1/2 hour ago.

You can change back by adding a "&hl=en" to the parameters in the URL (or perhaps you have a "&hl=fr" in it?). This works for most Google services.

That worked. What I found in the URL was "ff&ie" and changed it per your suggestion.
