I imagine not many people have seen the request for feedback regarding the Google Webmaster Help Center in the Google Groups:

- Do you use the Help Center? Is it easy to find information, and is
the information accurate? Is the Help Center -- well, helpful?
- If you don't use it, why not? What other sources of information have
been more useful to you? What's missing?
- What's your biggest complaint about the Help Center?
- What do you like best?
- When you go to the Help Center, do you browse the topics? Or do you
search?

The help center can be found at http://www.google.co...ort/webmasters/ - it's probably best known for the location of the Google Webmaster Guidelines :naughty: .

Do any of you use it? Would you be able to find and use it if you were a "new" webmaster?

John

I haven't spent a lot of time on the help center, but I've poked around in bits and pieces of it.

A nice thread there, with plenty of feedback ideas.

I may try to spend a little more time there this weekend, and see if I can give them some ideas on what they might do to get me to come back more often.
