I've looked around a bit and can't find any good scripts that will convert DMOZ RDF files to MySQL.

Anyone know of anything out there?

Parse it using Magpie and create SQL statements?

Probably easier to do in .Net.

How hard? When I Googled performed the verb formerly known as Googled for [DMOZ RDF], I found this on the second result:
