How do I get my Site listed on sagnetwork.com? I have submitted it 4 times and still nothing?

I'm trying to figure out why you would want to submit to them. I hadn't heard of them before, but there doesn't seem to be much there right now.

Like Bill I see little of interest there. They need you more than you need them. I don't think you would get any traffic from them. They may have been around since 2000 but Google has not ranked them nor does Alexa. They also have some code breaking and appearing on some of the web pages. It looks a bit of a ghost town.
