Thanks Kim, Pierre and Garrick. I really appreciate the support. The VCs are, IMO, shooting more for M&A than IPO - we're just not of that size (although who knows what the future might bring)

M&A sounds more likely, but remember you may always be able to pull off a management buy out. As you say, you never know what the future brings. Whatever it is, it's going to be very exciting. All the best!
