I have a blog which is Wordpress powered. I also have a forum on the same domain and is run by MyBB. It has an RSS feed enabled feature. I'm wondering how can I show the latest forum threads on the blog? Is there a wordpress plugin for this, or some code to get it work.

That's very easy to do. You can do it manually by coding it using MagpieRSS or SimplePie, or use a WP plugin like SimplePie's WP plugin.
I'd go the plugin route, and remember to enable caching to lower the server's load.
