Is that "bid management" as in bidding on keywords etc.... or as in bidding on items?
Is it in the form of a single action (only 1 winner), or in conjucated results (more than 1 can partake... but the value increases/decreases)?
The more details you supply... the less confused I will be (I hope
).
Is there are certain language you want it in (as in php/asp etc.)... plus does it have to be nix based or win etc.?
Also, haveyou looked at places like SourceForge and Hotscripts?

Atlasonepoint and Omniture are 2 of the best API driven bid management tools on the market.

I think www.boostmedia.com does a good job - i've used their ppc bid management engine and it performed about as well as i can do manually, which is very good.

BidRank is another good one - they've been around for a while.
