I'd say that these are the blogs that affect the editors of the newspaper most.
News, gossips, gadgets, etc.
The most influencing blogs for me are Seth Godin's and Guy Kawasaki's blogs (after cre8pc.com, ofc
), considering their influencing those people, who influence thousands and millions of other people through value-oriented (or not) marketing.
What about MSDN? IBM internal blogs? Heck, the blog that influences me the most is my company's, because that's what pays my bills and what I spend my weeks on.

OMG !! I am a die hard cheezburger fan
but only ever looked at the cat/animal photos page - never even noticed the political bit - probably because I can waste soooo much time on that site, enjoying every minute, but horrified when I look at the clock & realise I have been laughing at captions for a disgraceful amount of time !!!!

well i would disagree many successful blogs where started not as a profit venture. Do it for love of a topic or simply writing. I have non-public blog where i exercise my writing skills.Blogging is fun......ulness you are not chasing dollars through it....
