Hi, I am having a problem of deficiency in coordination. I have some of my official work with company situated in other country also but due to insufficient coordination now it has almost become impossible to work on a common project and investigate that more efficiently. Is there any software or may be system that can help me achieve good co-ordination and stable work flow.

Have you tried email or Google Apps or Zoho Office? I'd strongly look at the latter two.

I work virtually and don't require any extra software. However, it does take total flexibility to be accessible 24/7, which in my case, is harder because I'm a mother/wife.

Text messages, email, IM are all helpful for communication. If you're working with someone who is not a communicator, this is frustrating as heck when you need answers. In those cases, I document everything to show I've made the effort and done my part.

My husband commutes and works from home to be tied into his job 24/7. His setup is such that we have computers here that are networked to those he uses at work. We're so tied in that when I have a problem with our shared drive here, he can diagnose the problem from his work and reboot it!

Check out Basecampfor project mgt that's web based. I've also used it in the past for project tracking and communication between all parties.

There might be times where a remote control program may help, such as GoToMyPC or the free LogMeIn.
Like when you need to:
* Monitor a task on a remote computer (e.g. check for the proper completion of some scheduled activity)
* Demonstrate some computing method, or have someone else show you how they do something.
* Do remote trouble-shooting or support.

To, indeed, spruce this lemon with maple syrup, lemme say that:
- you can use email, instant messaging and phone
- you can also use web, audio and video conferencing
- if your project involves many participants and plenty of information needs to be shared, start a wiki
- if your colleagues need to receive information from you right away, start a blog and have them subscribe to it (via RSS)

To get the most results, you need to use all of the above tools, but each, when you need it.

Btw, using a Wiki helps reduce the email strain.
