I tried to submit three times. The questionnaire is poorly done in both the questioning and the execution.

Well, maybe that's the case but people have to start somewhere. I remember the first questionnaire I ever did as well. My goodness to do that now.

I was able to complete the survey; I had to complete every field regardless of the question.

Don't worry...established members get more flexibility, else it wouldn't be a real Community, in my opinion.
