I tried to submit three times. The questionnaire is poorly done in both the questioning and the execution.

Well, maybe that's the case but people have to start somewhere. I remember the first questionnaire I ever did as well. My goodness to do that now.

I was able to complete the survey; I had to complete every field regardless of the question.

Technically, survey's are against rules unless they check with us first. However, this is Glyn, who is a longtime member and we know him. :) So...

Thrust of survey is this, if interested:

We are mainly interested in how your company or site is making online advertising-related decisions and what factors influence the choice/use of online advertising venues.

Don't worry...established members get more flexibility, else it wouldn't be a real Community, in my opinion. :)
