I am trying to find a list of the top 10 trafficked online properties in Europe.
Something like this:

I do not know of a single - free - authoritative source for Europe.
However, one can get a relative 'feel' albeit with some manual effort via NetCraft's Most Visited Web Sites. It requires a country by country approach, includes far too many mirrors of non-European sites, and does not reveal traffic numbers.

Can't you just strip out all the non-european sites from the (edit - I was looking at netcraft, thought it was quantcast...) quantcast list? Although I think all search engines should be stripped out too, as these do not count as visited sites. That would be like classing motorways as visited towns.
