I've just noticed that Google displays

www.computing.co.uk › Analysis › Telecoms › Communications

instead of the page URL.

The category names are links to those categories on the site (redirected through Google).

I have yet to figure out how it figures out the categories: whether by naming conventions, sitemaps or anything similar. But it's an interesting trick in the hat.

Will it increase click-throughs to the pages? Any more thoughts?

Thanks.

It will clean up listings where multiple listings appear for a website.

Question is whether those categories are what you want to have appearing, or whether you think you can entice the user more with two listings.
