New Pc

I am now in the market for a new PC (I have had my current one for over 9 years!).
I intend to do a bit more web design. What spec should I consider getting. I still use Photoshop and Dreamwever software.
Any help appareciated.

Mine in an Inspiron 530, cost about £350 I think. Must be almost 2 years old by now. These look pretty similar, i.e, the basic one:

I ordered extra RAM so have 4Gb, and have 2 500Gb drives too, but everything else is standard Dell.

In our house we have 2 PC's and this MacBook. The learning curve was not steep to start using a Mac and there are so many cool things you can do with it.
Our new dell laptop that we got for work has Windows 7 and from what I have seen so far Windows 7 seems to be trying to copy everything that a Mac already does.
I have become one of those people who thinks everyone needs a Mac!

Jged, like you, I aim to buy a new pc, but I also wanna play modern games on it.
I'm checking tomshardware.com weekly for new recommendations, charts and guidelines.

My ideal box is now one with multiple decoy buttons. Or better, no buttons at all.
