In the two HP laptops I am using I am facing difficulties with the sluggish movements of the mouse and period of freezing. I am using an HP laptop, any idea?

Maybe your RAM is not to big in capacity. Try the 8G RAM. Windows 7 is not that heavy to run but also try to put some video cards to you pc so that it may work so slow.

If the laptops are new ask the manufacturer. If they are old, maybe you need a new one?
