Currently, if I have a page that I want people to share on FB I use Addthis. Here is what I currently do for my pages that I want shared:

-I am sure to craft a proper page title.
-I try to make the meta description inviting.
-I am also sure to use a <link rel="image_src" href="www.mydomain/images/imagename.jpg"> to produce a good thumbnail for the facebook shares.

Let me see if I can explain the problem I am facing. Let's say I have a quiz and the user gets to an end page of the quiz. I want them to be able to share this on fb. But, I use a rel-canonical to make sure that the beginning page of my quiz gets shared and not the end page. (I don't want new users landing on the end page.)

However, I'd like the facebook description to be different depending on what the end page was. In other words, I want the facebook description to say something like, "I just discovered that my dog Fluffy may have allergies, by using this tool!"

Does that make any sense? I'd love to get your input on how you facilitate the sharing of dynamic pages on facebook.
