I was "invited" to one of these (I assume thousands are), and am wondering if anyone has attended one, and if they found it worth the time.
I'm most interested in the promise of having a specialist review one of my sites and make specific suggestions.
Is it worth a day?

I think it can be useful. I went on one and have not reaped the rewards yet but came out with some good information. They should cover more than just Adsense optimisation, we also had G+, usability, mobile and a tiny bit of search. The usabilty session was good for me and the personal Adsense gave some good advice.
I think it is probably very good for those that have never tested different formats etc. If you have been tweaking for years then you will gain less. But nice to have Google look at a site, it is like a sign that they trust you and your site.
What have you got to lose? I had to fly to Dublin for mine but worth it I think.

Getting ideas to try from an experienced person could make you more money every day, every day, every day.I'm most interested in the promise of having a specialist review one of my sites and make specific suggestions.
I've gotten advice on improving my Adsense results and have done lots of testing. It was time well spent.

I think the best Adsense advice I have so far received came from someone here.
But there were a few useful tips on my day. If it is not going to cost the earth to get there, why not?
