What are your thoughts between Bing Webmaster tools and Google Analytic?

Google Analytics is a different kind of service than Bing Webmaster Center so a comparison is pointless. An applicable comparison with Bing Webmaster Center would be Google Webmaster Tools.
Somewhat out of date but still the best head to head comparison I know of is BlueGrass' 99 Comparison Points Between Google and Bing Webmaster Tools (Note: Google Docs) by Annie Cushing, 14-April-2011.
There have been changes in both since then especially Bing; there appears to be a consensus among those I speak with that while there are differences - and weaknesses - (they are two different products/services after all) the main dividing line at the moment is user preference.
Regardless, if you are interested in knowing how your site is viewed by Bing you must use their toolset, and vice versa.
