There are several Chrome extensions that add the ability to easily share your G+ post to Twitter, etc. A couple of them include: https://chrome.googl...fbcoppmiflglnib and this one https://chrome.googl...fbcoppmiflglnib

If you don't use Chrome, then I don't have an answer.
