Some reason www.azbestlistings.com is redirecting to azbestlistings.com for the entire site. Not sure what I did wrong, but is this hurting my SEO?

That's a good thing. You want one to be redirecting to the other (in either direction, doesn't matter which). That's good for SEO, not bad. Your pagerank won't be split between the two pages, which if left separate, will be what a search engine thinks they are - two pages, when of course, in most circumstances, yours included, they are really the same page.
