What I mean is, I need a site which will have audio clips, but people can sign up and create their own playlist.
What I intend to do is list audio that can be licensed, so an editor might hear a dozen or so clips they like (out of a list of 100s) and instead of skipping between them to decide what they want, they put them all in a playlist. They can then log back in and review their playlist later, or send the link to the director.
I'm thinking of a simplified (and audio only) version of istockphoto, whereby you can create your own lightbox and store clips, for which you can then email a link to clients.
I imagine I would be paying somebody a lot to custom build me a site, so that's why i wonder if their is something "off the shelf" that will allow me to do this, either a complete software or a plugin.
Any ideas please?

I took a look through hotscripts.com and found these two that might be what you're after:

http://www.rayzz.net/product-volume/
No idea if they are any good or not.
