I'm signed up for the free version of HARO (Help a Reporter Out) emails. Their emails are long and seldom include any topics that is relevant to me.

Do you guys know of any tools that would monitor emails for particular keywords? Perhaps to forward that email to my mail email address if it includes any of the keywords?

Gmail has filters to do this and many other things.  You can forward all of your spam to a spammer if you want.

Thanks

yeah, gmail. Forward and create a filter.

I have HARO coming in too, so far only replied to a couple and only had one acted on. Hard work.
