Is it me or has G. just now limited the number of image search results? If I change my preferences to "show 20,30 or 100 results", it does nothing. It only allows 12 images. Arrggghhh.

Anyone else notice this?

G. may be over riding how many images you can see on one page but wow, it's much faster and the new page stays where you were on the last page. So if you are at the bottom, you don't have to see the image ads anymore.
: )

I am not sure what is really going on in your case. One thing I know for sure is that Google introduced a new feature on Google Image Search which allows you to restrict your search results to images that have been tagged for free reuse. As a site owner, you might be interested to let Google know which licenses your images are released under. And you can achieve that using RDFa markup.

Here is an example:

<div about="image.jpg">
<img src="image.jpg" alt="image name" / />
<a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/">Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0</a>

A friend of mine did complain about that a few weeks ago, but I never saw it. You may be a test case.
